Superb customer service! We came from out of town and did not realize that we would have had to reserve a cart due to their busy season. Carmen and Kristen went above and beyond to locate two carts for us. If you are not familiar with the area, I would get a golf cart path map. Google maps on our phone had us crossing major roads. The area was beautiful. We went to a playground, out for ice cream and did a little shopping. We would definitely rent from Golf Riders again and learn from us, make sure you reserve your cart!!

Kristen, Carman and Lee are just absolutely incredible along with everyone else there! We should know we have been with golf rider since October! We started off renting for my daughters birthday weekend, Shortly after we had car issues and started renting more often, each and every time we rented a cart from them the process was incredibly easy and every cart we ever rented was great never had an issue. After a while of renting we decided we needed a golf cart so of course we wanted to buy through golf rider. We had such an excellent experience they knew what we liked when we rented and they made sure the cart we got had it all its the most perfect cart for our family ( so perfect and beautiful I couldnt be more happy ) the process was easy everything went so smoothly I couldnt believe how amazing it was went. We are VERY HAPPY!Also! After we purchased our gorgeous new Cart, Golf Rider let us know that they can do the yearly services to make sure everything is going good. We purchased our golf cart 3 years ago from Golf Rider that experience was awesome. After 3 years I left th headlights on overnight. I went by and the front desk was so helpful and got Robert from the service department to come up and talk with me about how to charge the battery and even drew me a illustration. The front desk team and Robert were beyond kind and helpful. They made sure that I knew every thing that I should know before I left and told me to call back if I had any issues. My family and I just moved to PTC and quickly realized we needed a golf cart. My husband and I were referred by a friend to go see Frank at Golf Rider, so we went to the showroom with our two children. We were warmly greeted by Tammy at the front desk. She let Frank know that we were there to see him and he was a delight from the moment we shook hands. He acknowledged our children versus just speaking to us which we greatly appreciated. They had a nice indoor space for them to entertain themselves as Frank took us around. Frank was every knowledgeable about anything and everything having to do with golf carts, maintenance, service, parts etc. He never made us feel rushed and welcomed all questions. We ended up purchasing a new four seater electric Yamaha. When I came back to the showroom to drop off the registration stickers for them to put on before delivery, I noticed Frank sitting and speaking to another client in the showroom, his back was turned to me. I had to give my name for them to look up our cart. Frank heard my name, stood up and acknowledged me. He asked how my family was, if I had any questions and if there was anything we needed, to just give them a call. Upon delivery, Keith was beyond kind and helpful. He walked me through everything and didn't leave until all my questions were answered. Overall we were blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism by everyone at Golf Rider. Great ordering experience. They delivered the cart to our hotel. It was in great shape and went fast compared to ones on the golf course. Friendly staff, great value for as much as we drove it. Such a unique experience to drive around on the paths in PTC.

Bought batteries back in September, lost receipt, stopped by to request reprint. I was in and out in no time.Adding to my experience buying batteries, bushings, and voltmeter in September; the folks there were amazing. I got there close there closing time. The gentlemen stayed late to find bushings would fit my very old GC and loaded the batteries into the car. I offered to pick them up in the morning so they could go home, but insisted on saving me a trip.

I am a new resident of Peachtree City. Everybody has a golf cart, golfer or not. So I asked around about golf carts (I am not a golfer). Three out of four people told me to go to Golf Rider. Boy, were they right. Great experience with everyone there, the owner, the receptionist, the salesman, the delivery driver, everyone. I love my new Yamaha golf cart (car?), and Peachtree City.

I rented a golf cart for my birthday to explore Peachtree City and I had an AMAZING experience! Rentals were super reasonably priced and you get them for 24 hours! Easy after hours drop off process. A huge shoutout to Jen for making my day extra special including a few extra surprises! No hidden fees, and they get you in and out super quickly! Super easy to find and right off the golf cart path! Ill be coming back frequently!

So we just picked up our 2021 Yamaha golf cart and Lee, along with the rest of the staff, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to COVID, it took a while to get the cart and accessories that we wanted, but Lee happily took my pestering phone calls and unexpected visits with ease. Shopping for a golf cart for the first time in your life? This is the place to go! After experiencing a less than pleasant visit at another local golf cart dealer that was suggested to us, we visited Golf Rider. Our sales rep, Lee, was cordial, knowledgeable, professional in every way. He showed us reconditioned inventory, which looked and rode great. However, we decided to go with a new EZ-Go RXV with a back seat and golf bag holders. Lee was great every step of the way, assisting us with color selection, upholstery selection, accessories, etc. There was honestly a slight misunderstanding about an upgrade that was included with our order. But Lee honored our understanding of the deal without hesitation. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience that was followed up with excellent communication right up through a satisfying delivery experience!

We found all the personnel at Golf Rider to be super knowledgeable and friendly when we entered their clean and beautiful showroom. We wanted a cart that was a couple of years old. What we got was a TOTALLY redone cart done to perfection that incorporated all the items that we wanted and needed including a change of color! We recently purchased our first brand new golf cart here. We had a great experience! We initially went in to get some information and the salesman we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and we never felt rushed or pressured. I felt like he listened to what we wanted and had answers to all of our questions. They had a great selection of colors and styles and we were able to get the customization we wanted. I wasnt an actual costumer here. But we had a problem with our golf cart tire and didnt know where to take it to get it replaced. We had brought our own spare tire. We had gone and called other locations, but they all said it take a week to get it done. When we arrived here for inquiry, staff were so polite and informative! They told us where to take it, and gave us detailed direction to the place. Our tire got replaced within a couple hours! Thank you for the kindness!

Not alot of selection and the first salesman we talk to was an older gentleman who seemed to just steer us towards the higher priced carts. After we got back from the test drive we then were helped by a woman who listened to what we were looking for and she was great to deal with.

Needed a replacement window for my EZ GO golf cart. Maggie and Steve really went out of there way to find the correct windshield for me. Apparently EZ GO has so many different windshield sizes. Steve went back to his warehouse 3 times trying to find the right windshield. Finally found it and even installed it for me...originally I was going to take it home and install myself. Excellent customer service.

We were able to rent a cart even though we forgot to reserve one, great service. Wasn't clear on where they wanted us to drop off the keys, though.
